JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
*Prepare annual marketing plan, strategy and sales budget.
*Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills
*Development and ROI analysis of all marketing initiatives including email, paid media, promotions, and merchandising.
*Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for future marketing strategies
*Manage marketing spend for all aspects of all marketing initiatives and set and track annual KPIs.
*Establish & influence digital marketing best practices across the organization.
*Manage social media to improve Company and brand presence, reputation and recognition.
*Collect and provide market feedback to internal stakeholders and organize prototyping of new products and services

Educational Requirements:
*Post Graduate qualification (minimum business graduate, Major in Marketing, preferably MBA) from a reputed and Govt. approved University.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 6 month or 1year
